brr... it's cold out!
Woke up to -22, with windchill it was apparently -30. They say it's the coldest day since January 2005, which would make it the coldest day I've ever lived through since I wasn't here in the winter of '05. I bundled up like you wouldn't believe and made my way to work. It's deceiving because the sun is out, making it seem all bright and all, yet skin freezes in these conditions in 10 minutes of exposure! The walk home was just as cold and then some. What I don't get is, it was snowing! How can it snow when it's so cold out?! We are in for another treat tomorrow - a day even colder than today. Sigh.
